Love and Adventure

Kelli and Daniel were excited when I mentioned going to a field in the middle of Corona for their engagement session. With their love of hiking, outdoors and each other, this location was perfect for them. We did some walking through the river bottom and found that the recent rains followed by sunshine gave us some amazing field greens and a beautiful sunset background for their engagement pictures. I'm looking forward to their wedding not only because I'm sure its going to be beautiful but because I had a blast with these two at their e-sesh.

In Love

I've met a lot of couples and every time I do an engagement session I remind my clients that they're going to be more relaxed with each other than they are with my camera, so to feel free to ignore me until otherwise needed. These two had no problem being "all alone"... with me. So comfortable with each other and so totally in love, their engagement session was a breeze. I had a blast, and cant wait for their Pacific Palisades wedding in April!

Fun Pictures of kids with their favorite things. Here we have Bella with her princess dolls, and her little brother Keagan with trains, and woody! Keagan wasnt so hot on having pictures taken, but between mom and me, we got some great smiles out of him. Bella...well, she was a different story. She couldnt help but be a perfect princess for every picture!!

Favorite Things

Fun kid pictures with their favorite things continues. When Liam got to our location and his mom pulled out his books, he just sat down and started opening them. Reading at 2 1/2 is spectacular, and its wonderful to see such liveliness in the kiddos. He did eventually move on to playing with sticks, who knows why we all spend so much money on toys, we should just gather sticks and leaves and tell the kids to have a blast!!

Lorence just loves these sports balls! I would put them next to him and he would pick them up and throw them back to me, and somewhere in there, I'd try to snap a picture of him. I definitely got my fill of "ball play".

To kick off a new series of Kid's pictures, I had a condensed photoday. Offering special pricing and blocked out mini photo sessions, I had 5 kids that volunteered (or their moms volunteered them) to come on out and bring their "favorite things". We're going to start out with Parker. Trains Trains Trains! Just can't get enough of them, and now he'll never forget how he once loved Thomas and friends from the island of sodor.
